I took a solitary bike ride to the farmer's market today and observed women for who was checking me out. they were all old. i bought some raw milk. it's tastier than regular milk.
Then i came home and fell into anxious habits but i played some speed chess online and i won most of my games
now i'm working out. it's legs day.

don't really have a favorite thing to make. here are some of the things i typically make, though
>buckwheat noodles in peanut sauce with shrimp, shitake mushrooms, and broccoli
>whole wheat penne and chicken cooked with olive oil and seasoned
>yellow rice and chicken
>egg noodles in peanut sauce with chicken
>ramen cooked then fried a little with sweet garlic hoisin sauce and a thick slice of white onion and a clove of garlic, sometimes i'll add a fried egg or bacon if i have it and fry the noodles in bacon grease
that's all i can think of right now. sometimes i'll just eat chicken or plain pasta by itself.
