I wouldn't do nofap, the results on whether it increases your test or not varies with some saying it would decrease it. The main reason i dont do it is if i was gonna have sex when on it i would jizz in like 5 seconds lol

Actually today is the 1 year anniversary of my nofap streak.
It's been a long year. I got my first job 3 months into my streak. The main benefits I notice still to this day are

but flatlines still come and go. the depression from nofap is incredibly difficult. you will want to kill yourself, seriously.

Not afraid to say my opinions, but I'm also not a dick to anybody. Since nofap, I have been able to open up and talk more to people. I still have my anxiety barriers, however, I can talk without stuttering or looking at the ground.

It's great to not be addicted to porn/fapping anymore. This is a very hard addiction to beat but it is worth it. The main thing to remind yourself of during your streaks is that once you get pass the urges, the world is truly blissful. Not being distracted and wasting time with porn
