Once I genuinely stopped caring what people think and embraced my autism and weirdness, talking to normies is easy. At first I'm just a joke and no one talked to me seriously because I couldn't do anything but be weird and funny, but after getting enough experience just being around people, I slowly started being a little more normal and understanding how to talk to people.
It helps to be positive and stop thinking completely when talking to people.

Cigarettes make your teeth yellow, can give you lung cancer and just damage your lungs in general, give you bad breath and make you stink in general. Plus they're expensive.
Weed is expensive too and recreationally smoking is just disgusting. Makes you lazy and stupid usually. It's dumb to smoke it for the high, just use your own imagination for once instead of using a substance. Some people smoke it to help with anxiety and stuff but using crutches is dumb and you'll just rely on it. I'm against smoking weed and cigarettes and drinking alcohol to an irrational degree at this point though so you shouldn't ask me if you want an unbiased opinion.
