I read that it can give you cancer on the long run but I really like the taste of the Almond and the Matt drinks. Should I continue to drink 'em?

I've been drinking almond milk for like at least 10 years. Sometimes soy, but I like the taste of almond better (specifically trader Joe's unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
Soy also has estrogen
