Although I was probably lactose intolerant because I always had to shit minutes after I consumed any milk or something, probably this is why I couldn't gain weight and was lean always.
Maybe I should go back to dairy and shit. Yeah, having to take a shit 3+ times a day is a hassle, but at least I wasn't fat.
