When I woke up, I could barely move my body. I was able to blink and move my head slowly and I thought I saw some sort of moving object on my left side. There was also an eerie screaming sound. I was so scared. What the fuck anons. Am I losing it?

Sleep paralysis. I had it a few times, I couldn't move at all our breath. I never hallucinated though.
