I spent like 5 years like that only thing that broke the cycle was when i got a shitty wagecuk job. Now getting a comp sci degree doing ok.

Luckily for me it was a little under a year, some people never get out of it.
Hopefully not too much longer. Already got my suicide plan in place

Year two here. Graduating from university changed nothing.
I shower about once a week buddy no where near everyday atleast
you give up on the showering daily part after a few weeks
If you are a true robot then this cycle will never end. Sure you can take breaks when you get a brief glimmer of motivation but the world is quick to stamp you back into line.
Just today I was out and about in public when on two separate occasions I had insults shouted at me by random people in the street.
