To be brutally honest, at 5'7 if you're not ULTRA Chad and/or a celebrity, your height IS going to seriously disadvantage you.
Most girls want tall guys. Girls get so much attention and have so many options that you can basically guarantee there's at least one tall guy in their social circle who is interested in them. They literally get to pick out of a pool of candidates and at 5'7 you're usually not the best candidate.
However, not ALL girls value height. A minority of them seriously don't give a shit how tall you are and a larger minority care about height but not a huge amount. The problem is that as a man who isn't TOP tier, your opportunities to meet lots of women and find those who don't care if you're short are limited. It's a numbers game for you.
