Don't change everything at once. Weird porn is bad for you, being unhealthy is bad for you, being a shut in is bad for you, but if you change those all at once it's gonna be near impossible to stick to. Start with fixing diet and sleep pattern. After a month start cutting down on weird porn, the month after start trying to socialize more etc.
Specific info about how to improve style and hair is out there online, when it's time to change that stuff, do a few hours of research on colour theory, face shape/haircut.
Starting from today, every single conversation is a chance at improvement. When you make a mistake dont get depressed about it, note why it happened and actively try and fix it.
