Limit yourself to 2000 calories a day, and eat at least 100g protein in those 2000 calories.

Also, count things with 0 net carbs as 1 carb. Companies can hide any up to 1. Always assume something is 1 carb more than it is, and dietary fiber and sugar alcohol take off from that item's carbs.
Don't eat sugar alcohol, if you can, though. That shit made me diarrhea if I ate too much

Calculate how many calories you burn without exercising (your BMR) and eat that amount or less a day. It can be from candy bars. it really doesn't matter.

You'll probably go insane and look like shit afterwards though so you might want to give veg and exercise a shot first.
