I'm not being a (total) brat. I have no connections with the outside world, meaning that anyone at the door and on the phone has nothing to do with me, but I'm forced to socialize with them anyway until I can pass them off to one of my parents. It's awkward as hell and just painful, especially when I have to say "Sorry, let me get my mom/dad" like a fucking 3-year-old.

I have problems with both. If its like a buffet my hands start shaking and I put as little as possible on my plate. Ordering food to a waitress is also hell, I feel like everyone is judging me when I say my order. It's even worse when I inevitably have to repeat what I said because of my mumbling.
