I'm poor and sick. I have learned how to program over the years and I can design somewhat, but I have been getting sicker and sicker and I can't stand up enough time on my feet to get a job. Don't know what to do.

Sick with what? I dont understand what you mean by standing up enough to get a job. If you get a job doing programming work, I can imagine you'll be sitting about 95% of the time youre working. Unless you get a standing desk.
