Find something, anything, to occupy yourself with. If you don't, it'll only get worse.
If you're a NEET I seriously suggest you get a night job. Even if it's stocking shelves at Walmart or Costco.
Night shift is great for breaking you out of your shell a little bit and it's not as severe as a normie job.
You'll meet some cool people along the way too. You'll go from weird to normal and after a few years you'll be like me and want to go to a day shift job to try it out.

Yeah just try one out part time at a grocery store or something. It's actually really enjoyable doing something productive even if it's breaking down boxes or just stocking shelves.
