Well I'm 5'8 myself, and a very lean 170 lbs. I benchpress 225 and deadlift 425-455. If she kicked me anywhere other than the groin I would grab her waist, pull her legs out from under her, slam her onto the ground and jump on top of her, and administer whatever punishment I felt was necessary.
