Almost went a month one time, but really if you do it once a week you should be fine. The main problem you should probably worry about is taking 200 your first time and dying from opiate overdose.

Yeah I probably would have preferred poppy seed tea if I knew how to get it before. I started with 50 2mg pills and gradually moved to 200 2 mg pills each time. At the 200 pill dose I wouldn't shit for a little less than a week afterwards, but it wasn't too bad.
