Just buy some plain, solid colored crew neck t-shirts that fit you well and aren't loose/baggy

A pattern can be interesting and effay, stripes are cool, argyle is passable. There's no need for 100% plain color block. But graphic tees are a horrible meme and I wish people would collectively stop buying them already.
