if youre going to do it look up coal burning method its painless
so people usually pass out after 3 minutes of holding their breath
this is doable if you hyperventilate beforehand
so my idea is this:

>hyperventilate for a minute
>hold breath for 3 minutes
>pass out
>fall into pool
