i pace around inside all day and have to go for walks at night or else i'd just lose it

This would be a perfect day to go outside. Just briefly visit your backyard or something.

>That really overwhelming feeling of when you're forced to finally leave your house and you end up at some big celebratory event like a wedding where you see people you have not seen in over 10-15 years.

This happened to me recently, sisters wedding. Not sure how I even survived. I was so drained from the experience I literally slept for like 17 hours after it.

Are you on meds? origami

You actually went? Did you end up being rude to people or did you go for the laid back approach?

A few people approached me and said hello, and I acted as normie as possible.

I didn't leave my seat the entire night though. Was around 800 people in total, it was very very loud, and dark.

My godfather and godmother were looking for me and didn't even notice me until near the end of the night when my parents told them where I was. It had been so long since I had seen them.
