Expose him largely to patrician tastes and redpill him on everything early on so the revelations aren't as painful when he's out of high school. Give him a good deal of leeway with spending money and investing. Make up some masculine initiation plan e.g. certain age to get a gun. Limit his access to porn to softcore only but maybe hire an escort for him to lose his virginity if he wants it.
support his childhood desires. if he/she wants to do sports, i will try to get them into sports. if they want to learn piano, i'll try to support it, instead of saying it can't be done.
i think i realized i lack confidence in the 6th grade when time came around for basketball try-outs and i was too wussy to try out.

What? I'm not a normalfag. I lean toward antinatalism and recognize bearing a child is a very selfish decision that has great risk for suffering for everyone involved. OP didn't mention any of that though. I merely wished to present my views on what could be done to salvage such a hypothetical situation.
I have a daughter but her moms raise her, she'll probably turn out to be a normie. Kind of sucks but I don't have a hand in raising her.
Keep interesting history/science books around the house. Kids find them and start to read/look at the pictures. You can develop/enforce their interests like this. E.g. Gardening > Plant books. Scientist > fact books. Pilot > aircraft book. Stuff like that.

I can't agree more with the camp thing.
Only my sister spent her summers at camp; my brother had no interest, and I was considered too retarded for camp. He barely escaped NEETdom; she, on the other hand, has a successful career, a husband, and a baby on the way.
It obviously depends on the camp, but a lot of driven, successful people I know went to a summer camp at one point. There might be a connection here.
And it can't be a day camp; you gotta send em to a proper innawoods camp.
