It was enabled, but then the admin added a bunch of plugins, and I believe by accident disabled the command. I'm not actually sure what all there is (being new), but what really matters is that it's factions with an economy system mostly to drive factions.

Doesn't sound like it's worth the caring.
Took a look at the map and it seemed that most far away places barely have any trees though. Plus you will most likely die during the travel and be spawned at spawn again.
Even worse this server is most likely not even survival.
