Who is drowning depression and loneliness by overwagecucking here? I wake up, go to work, lift, go home, eat and sleep. When I'm home I do absolutely nothing and dwell in anhedonia and melancholy.
Just need a hobby to pass the time mate, Find something that you enjoy, Simple as that.

I do this. It works really well. I've been starting at 7am and finishing at 5pm, Monday to Friday. I only have to do 9-5 but those two hours of early morning office solitude are blissful. I can eat breakfast, catch up on emails, and be totally calm at 9am when everyone is frazzled and still half asleep.
Then I go home, eat, do chores, maybe watch something, and sleep. It's a simple life. I don't earn that much being an office wagecuck but it keeps me busy.
