It's not about any race in particular. It's about society having a hate on for interractical couples, family most of all. You have all the usual problems one faces in a relationship, in addition to things like cultural or religious obstacles. You'll be pressured by people to break up at every turn. Worst of all, if you decide to have kids, they will struggle to find acceptance in either world. That's why I say unless you have some particular obsession with that race, in which case you'll go to any length to be with someone like that, you're undertaking a greater degree of risk and adversity than is strictly necessary in a relationship. It's not a sound course of action at all, but then matters of the heart are rarely logical. I wish you luck, but personally I think you will end up with a lot of regrets.
