It's the Cymbalta. I have the exact same problem with it, but I've been fine on lithium and klonopin. I wound up dropping it. The Cymbalta was super therapeutic and did its job well, but ultimately I just couldn't handle being denied climax.

You could talk to your doctor about possibly adjusting the dosage to something a bit lower. Try and find a balance where you're still getting the therapeutic effects without the sexual dysfunction. They might also have some recommendations for things you could try or take to be able to orgasm (I don't know it there are different options for guys than girls). You could also try a different SNRI and see if it helps. I tried waiting it out to see if it would get better in time, but it did not. My best suggestion would be to talk to your doctor and weigh the pros and cons of the Cymbalta and see where to go from there.
