How well does connecting a hose from your exhaust pipe and putting it in through your car window work?
Pretty well but you might as well do it in an enclosed space like a garage for maximum effect.

Perfectly reasonably question desu, the best would be some cheap plastic ducting from home depot (the important part is to make your seals tight as fuck with lots of tape). Large diameter = higher mass flow rate but don't overdo it.
Oh and modern emissions systems make this almost impossible, remove the catalytic convertor with a hacksaw first and you might be fine.
