Does anyone else get their autism triggered by sounds? I have

Does anyone else get their autism triggered by sounds? I have to cover my ears when I flush a toilet and have been on the verge of crying when someone opens a loud door or yells at me. Please tell me I'm normal

Mine's not that bad. But I do get very triggered from sounds, it feels like it echos in my head and I can't think.

I don't cry I just get this rush of autism anger and want to yell.

I'm only bothered by sound if I unintentionally make sound.

Whenever I drop a pan or play music without plugging in head phones first I get really frustrated or nervous.
