OP here. I should have ellaborated on what I mean. It is more of a personal observation I have made, so I made this thread for the sake of discussion so I could see if I am right or wrong.
I believe that white masculinity is demonized because that seems to be the go-to jab whenever any white person does anything wrong. I am in uni as well, so I have heard a lot of people going on about how white men are the biggest threat to America. But as someone in the thread has pointed out, they do not offer the same criticism of black men/ how black masculinity could provoke violent behavior, especially since there are statistics that show black men committing the most amount of violent crime in this country (I will reply with stats in a moment, I am on my phone and in school right now).
I did not mean for it to come off as insecure, I am just wondering if that is the case. And if so or not, why? Did not mean for this to turn into a shit show.
