Socialism involves compulsory charity. Or you could go by the actual definition which says nothing about charity: "collective" ownership of the means of production. I put collective in quotes because it's also nebulously defined, but in practice it means the state.
The problem with socialism is it removes the virtue of charity by confiscating your wealth and doing whatever it pleases with it.
