ive tried maybe a dozen and haven't found an ipa I liked. I just mostly stick to the same 2 stouts now, Left hand's milk stout nitro and Old rasputin

Great Lakes had some good ones if you're near Ohio.. Ballast Point had a grapefruit that masks the hops if you like sour. Try to find ones that have a low APV, those tend to be less hoppy and bitter from my experience.

As far as the Blanton's goes its good but I'm not sure its $60 good. I live in big city and it runs out quick i bought the only bottle that wasn't reserved. (he had them hidden away were normal buyers couldn't see them and could only get it if you asked for it by name).
Its good, smooth. didn't like the first pour out of the bottle though (very acetony), the more i came back to it the more i enjoyed it and the more flavor i picked up,

Dropping your tolerance is fantastic for saving money but you miss out on being drunk every night, either that or I drink listerine

Pic related, I just picked it up at the supermarket. I like to sample all the local double IPAs, this one's 8% and it's very nice. Just dry enough that you know you're drinking beer, not hoppy at all, and just a hint of that hard-to-define flavor to it.

desu Blue Moon is one of my least favorite beers, I'd rather drink Coors Light even. Sierra Nevada is almost always good, and generally priced about as low as anything that isn't shit-tier domestics like Budweiser.
Pic related is from earlier today, Dogfish is another really good mark. The 90 is heavier, but the Dogfish 60 is a really nice light beer.

Drinking once every 3 days doesn't sound so bad.
If I manage to stay sober for 3 day I feel like I'm doing a great job and deserve a nice drink. Say 2 bottles of wine or maybe something stronger, but the same amount alcohol wise preferably. (so a few glasses of whiskey instead of 2 bottles of wine)
