I have decent coverage, just no beard growth in the lower cheek section. I'd be running around with a 5 o-clock shadow all day, but I can't and I have to keep myself clean shaven because it just looks bad.

For me it did. I got a little bit of facial hair out of it, but it was just a thickening of what I already had, not new growth.
