Anyone else here get really high-strung and tense when they have to sleep and they can't relax? For no reason at all?
I don't know why it's happening but I'm extremely uptight now and I'm extremely bothered by every movement I hear in the house. I also have a headache.

sleeping pills are dangerous and can cause dependency. You're better off taking antihistamines to help you go to sleep if you want to rely on a medication.

Ear plugs. But be warned though they are pricey. Ear plugs get dirty quick like within 2-3 nights of use before you need to use another pair. Even when earplugs aren't visibly dirty, it's always best to throw them out after 2 or 3 days. Bacteria really like wax. Earplugs are porous and can harbor TRILLIONS of bacteria.
