It's just some people's poor attempt at trying to be artistic. A meme is something like Beary Nice Pink Girl, Dat Boi, Gondola, Hail Hydra, Doge, etc . Something that 100's of people end up making into their own little OC.
PPP has no direction. It has no actual following that matters. It isn't a meme. It's just shitty MS paint 'art' with horrible humor.
Pretty Princess Points is not a meme unless its recognized by the masses and has people recreating OC on a weekly basis for a month.

PPP doesn't have a unique silhouette. PPP should not require hours of thinking to make. Look at Gondola, Pepe, Wojack, or Beary Pink. Simple memes that are very flexible to work with. Meanwhile PPP is a huge mess. Notice how it gone down in quality lately. PPP was always shit, but at least the early ones had some sort of theme. The new ones seem aimless. The quotes at least had something to do with the picture.
No one knows what to do with PPP and it shows.
