My bed always has a few of these really small black-dot critters. They move really slowly. They don't seem to cause any harm so I just flick them off my pillow and ignore it.

Possibly carpet beetles. Harmless except if you let them get on your clothes, then they'll chew little holes. They like to eat fibers, especially silk and wool.
