Anyone else like walking at night? I find it really calming to be all alone and have the silence only be broken by the crickets and your own footsteps.

Walking at night is nice. I usually listen to music when I walk, but I've also walked without music. Walking has a nice calming effect where I can clear my thoughts, and the rhythmic tapping of my feet adds to the effect. It's also cooler at night (and I'm talking about temperature not hipness) which feels good when during the warm seasons.

Yeah, I like jogging at night better than any other time of day. I like the smell of the cool night air and I'm always able to run faster.

I've tried listening to music while walking but I always have this feeling someone's behind me, it's pretty much just a nervous tick. (Pic related, am walking along a golf course)
Fug, I walked past the driving range and the motion activated light made me jump

Frog bro by the light post
Didn't we just have one of these threads a few days ago?
Anyways, I love walking at night. Especially when it's colder. I always like to listen to Reviewbrah's VORW.
What do you guys like to listen to while going for a walk at night?

I'd get stabbed, and my mother would wonder what I was doing.

Different anon but yea. Wouldn't you agree these threads are better than the 99% tfwnogf suff this board mostly is? Anyway, it's pretty warm out right now, about 80F

>The streets get full of hobos, junkies, drunkards, rapists, robbers, killers, etc
>There's over 90 homicides only this year
>About 1/5 of them in a 2Km radius from my bed
Not gonna happen, anon.
>Want to go out at like 1-3 am
>too scared
>scared even with protective doggo at 9pm
Fuck I wish I could, but it's way too scary.

Funny enough, even though it's scary, I still listen to dark ambient / dark jazz.

Don't do this.
Haven't done it in years but used to walk the rural roads surrounded by fields and listen to stoner doom.
Top comfy.

I've been listening to this OST a lot lately and I need more nightwalking-core. I've tried listening to dark ambient but it's too spooky and I get extremely paranoid.

Very skinny timid male, but not a trap, sorry mate.

I also like to listen to shoegaze or experimental stuff but sometimes I get sad and start crying while walking and that shit is weird.

Liquid Electronica might be nice:

But I usually listen to any of the Classic Rock albums I have on my iPod.

Yeah something about being outside gives me a new perspective and mindset on stuff compared to my apartment. One of the top reasons why I go on the walks.
Oh yeah. It's my favorite thing to do. I go out at least a few nights a week.
It's so peaceful. Past midnight on a weekday, I most often don't see any cars. I have the streets to myself.
it's too bad, though, I've seen every street within a 2 mile radius and I can't reasonably walk more than four miles in a night. I'd really like to see some new things.

Oh god though, imagine if you got stabbed but. Sure it'd hurt but the sweet, sweet release of death. Also, if you could just find some reason to be out a few nights a week. Like a 7/11 or something else. You could get coffee there 2 nights or so a week. Your family wouldn't know it was assisted suicide. They wouldn't feel so bad about it. As long as they knew you liked your coffee and night walks. It's PERFECT.
>>28964250
It must be nice to live in a place where you can just go for a walk at night and don't have to worry about your safety. Where I live going out at night is literally suicide. Chances are some junkie nigger would stab me or shoot me on sight without even a warning, and then steal my things when i'm bleeding out on the ground. They go in groups too, it's like a manhunt for anyone that dares to go outside at night.
