A fair number of women do speak positively about the intact male organ. These women tend to know more about it, whereas women who are ignorant about it and culturally conditioned to see circumcision as a good thing may be more likely to hold negative views about the natural male form.
It's also worth noting that a lot of women actively fight against male genital mutilation. So clearly not all of them hold a bias in favor of mutilated genitals. There are thousands of female Intactivists right here in the US.

I know a lot about dicks, and I don't think the coconut oil will do you any real harm. It's not toxic (it is after all a food product, a rather mild one at that) and a lot of guys with tight circumcisions use it for lube during masturbation, and I haven't read any reports of it causing problems. So I doubt rubbing it on your glans will cause any significant issues.
