He had a couple breakout roles in the mid-late 90s and he was considered an A-lister. He kept taking every offer people were throwing at him and lost movie studios hundreds of millions. He really only played one character in his movies, too, which became pretty apparent. Journey to the Center of the Earth was a decent success in 2008 but that was pretty much the end of the line for Brendan.
