I reached that point over 2 years ago and I've done nothing about it. It doesn't get better. My days are so miserably boring I find myself sleeping as much as I possibly can. I have no motivation or attention span for new hobbies, or anything productive. Even consuming media is boring. Video games lost their charm. I'm so lost .
I just started drinking, and it has probably made me worse off now
