It'd be like that movie The Lobster, only slightly less Orwellian.
The castes would be fairly divisive: One group consists of guys and girls who are fairly reserved and quiet, but fiercely judgemental and bitter. These ones would largely be alone, and any romantic and/or social interactions would be frowned upon by the group as a whole. They eat lunch alone, spread out and silently watching.
The other group consists of an almost autistic group of guys and girls, who's relationships seem guided by a rulebook that doesn't exist. Flirting is done primarily by attempting to find a defining characteristic and sharing it. The couples eat lunch in small clusters, often between friends who want to steal each other's partner.
The only break from this autistic behavior is in the after school activities, where regardless of their group several students will gather to watch anime or play video games.

It's like the concept of inflation but in this case robots are with their own people and able to relate to one another the word robots means nothing and only the truly mentally constrained social outcasts, who by pure incapability to relate to any person, will be the new robots. The implication tying this all together is that contemporary robots are social outcasts only because they can't relate with other with a tinge of mental restraint and true robots are the hardcore autists
