Tongue scraper. Helped me greatly with my bad breath and disgusting tongue. Even one scrape removes a significant portion of all that bacteria-infested gunk and prompts your mouth to start producing fresh gunk. Don't go too far back, its very possible to hit that gag reflex. I use the green one in pic related.
Once every 2-4 days. I brush if I have to go somewhere for prolonged time, so I brush about thrice a week. I'm pretty thorough during, and usually scrape my tongue clean too. I never floss because flossing is for fags.
Teeth are in quite good shape; dentist has commented on how clean they are. I've been doing this for years now.
Also, mouthwash. ALWAYS use mouthwash, you scum.

Once a day but I usually rinse my mouth with water after eating and with green tea a couple times a day (clinically proven more effective than mouthwash, deal with it).
