Anyone else here addicted?

My dopamine is blown right the fuck out all the time so real life seems grey and awful. The reason I'm here is because I'm lonely, I'm lonely because I don't go out, I don't go out because I'm depressed and lethargic, I'm depressed and lethargic because I'm always here.

How do we escape from this?

Still internet addicted but I have beaten marijuana addiction by just going flat out cold turkey.
With internet that's a lot harder to do, maybe join the Peace Corps for a year or something.
