Have to say my confidence has increased with out the constant rejection from women and I have for the first time taken an interest in myself and doing things for myself (instead of trying to please people)

It's much easier to force if they have a form, and they can always change it later, but personality yes, you can ignore that and let them develop that on their own for the most part.

alternatively you can find guides by googling or checking the subleddit. It's not super difficult to do but it takes time and you have to be patient, especially at the beginning when you don't get immediate results and feel like it isn't working.
