Once you start noticing you will get even more motivated to continue.
After a month it wont seem like a chore to go. It will become a part of you're daily routine and you wont think about it.
If you're fat try and cut out soda. You will lose weight fast without even trying.
You will be suprised about how much better you would look with a good posture and nice clothes.
