Stay calm, don't watch anything scary, don't exercise, don't stress yourself out. Take it easy and you'll be fine. The LD50 of caffeine is quite high so I don't think you'll croak. I've eaten a gram of caffeine before but I did it over several hours. I felt shitty. Eventually I felt fine and the feeling went away.
