When there's something that needs to be done, I do it.
If I fail, my psych gets fucked up. It's hard to explain with words, but it's a mix of frustration, regret, anger, and worthlessness. It hurts way more than what it should.
If there's nothing to do, I start thinking too hard on failures from the past. I start cursing out loud in the middle of the night because of it.
This shit almost put me in a psych ward in 6th grade because I accidentally made my teacher yell at me.
