Why not turn to Christianity? Whenever I get depressed, I think about how Jesus has my back. This life you have right now might not be great for you, but in heaven, you can relive life the way you always wanted. Church is also a great way to meet people.
I grew up in a Christian home. It did nothing but cripple me for life.

I'm an atheist but everything stated is true. Sometimes I wish I was religious because religion can seriously inspire you sometimes. It gives a lot of people hope that everything is going to be okay in the end and that there is someone looking out for them.
Unfortunately, I do not believe in those things so I don't feel that way but a lot of people do.
