I start out with the showerhead I put it at warm water and little by little i make it go colder until its at the coldest once my body acclimates to it I fill the tub with the freezing cold water and and sit in it for 20 min

Nope never happens to me but I assume it turns pink because of the blood transfer to internal organs when you're in cold water.

Probably, but I'm kind of colourblind, so I don't really notice any pinkness.
I'm really pale though, so when I have a hot shower I go lobster red every single time.
