My stomach has started to feel like there's a "pressure" after I eat, I think it's acidic related.
I don't drink anymore though, I used to a ton.

Oh ok, I'm only about a month sober so far. But I even cut back quite a bit even before that - but I just need to not touch alcohol all together at this point. I've been drinking a truck load of green tea.

I was drinking as much as 15 drinks per day every day for a month or two at a time before I slowed down and took some days off. I would say that on average for 10 years I was having 5 or more drinks a day, sometimes going a few weeks having none, sometimes having 5 every day , sometimes just going full blast and getting shitfaced every day.
I had no job, no gf, no friends, no money, nowhere to go, nothing to do. it was the only thing that made me stop crying and hyperventilating.
I peaked right after the 2008 crash when I couldn't get any kind of job for 3 years.
I think it's kind of expected as part of the lifestyle when you're in a band for a living. Luckily I hate myself and want to die anyway. I pretty much drink or smoke or snort anything I'm offered. Then I go home at 3 am and play video games for twelve hours.
Fuck, man. You guys are depressing. I'm going to have to kill this bottle of bourbon on a sad note. Maybe tonight will be the night I finally end the pain, on the cusp of my 25th birthday. Just one 9mm from my Glock... that's all it'll take.
