Also drink more water, and buy frozen veggies and eat those by the bagfull. You should find them near enough to the tendies in the frozen goods isle.

I don't think so. I haven't had a good mood in so long, always very lethargic, cracked open my old bottles for no real reason and had a couple fish oils and a few d3s and now feeling good.
