The way how housing works is that racist people even to this day have an agenda to only sell houses to white people in one town, and sell houses to black people in another town.

1. Half Blacks are often called whatever else they are.
2. Larger workplaces (Most often located in big cities) try to have high number of Blacks because they work well together.
3. Crime is easier to commit and harder to get caught in larger population centers.
Basically, they follow the money. It's easier to make money working upfront where people can see you than it is in smaller cities where Whites are the majority.
