I would be an outlier. I've been shut-in since 2004 (dropped out of school), but I've also been lifting for 12 years now. I also make sure to see daylight everyday, so I look like a super-normie on the outside.

I'm fat and incredibly self-conscious about it. I can't remember the last time I left the house.
