not true, I was in a house party where I literally knew 1 person, who was too busy chatting up everyone else, so I was basically left alone. I tried to drink a shit ton FAST and I just ended up making an ass out of myself spilling my drink on myself and the floor and people laughing.
In fact, it was so bad, I felt almost bullied by the amount of laughing they directed towards me. I almost cried the next day and felt a little suicidal for a few weeks. But it prompted me to completely throw out my closet, buy new clothes, change my room up and start working out everyday. 5 months later I lost my gut and was in the best shape of my life.
Fast forward 4 years later and I've regressed back to my shitty lazy lifestyle and feel like a piece of unmotivated shit. So in a sense, that night helped give my motivation.
